Trump's REIGN begins with OBAMACARE Rollback and MISSILE defense orders
Donald Trump has begun his presidency with a series of seismic policy interventions starting the repeal of former president Barack Obama’s healthcare policies, initiating a new US missile defence system and ushering in a new period of American protectionism.
The 45th president of the United States, who was sworn into office on Friday, began his four-year term of office with a series of executive orders that would set the tone for his government. It was, he said, a government that would “put only America first”.
Before attending a series of inaugural balls around Washington DC, the Republican sat down to sign an executive order aimed at undermining Obama’s signature healthcare law, known as Obamacare.

The order notes that Trump plans to seek the “prompt repeal” of the law. In the meantime, it allows the Health and Human Services Department and other federal agencies to delay implementing any piece of the law that might impose any economic cost.
Using similar orders, the new president also signed into law a new national day of patriotism and signalled plans to build a new missile defence system to protect against perceived threats from Iran and North Korea.
The Trump White House also stripped the official website of all mention of Obama’s key policy agendas, including climate change and LGBT rights along with the civil rights history section.
The various subsections of the White House website were replaced with just six; energy, foreign policy, jobs and growth, military, law enforcement and trade deals.
In his inaugural speech, the new president put forward a nationalistic vision for the country. “The American carnage stops right here, right now,” he said. “From this day forward, a new vision will govern our land. From this day forward, it’s going to be only America first. America first.”
He later said: “We will follow two simple rules: buy American and hire American.” This caused some British politicians to wonder what kind of trade deal the UK can realistically expect.
But in an interview with the Financial Times, May said: “I’m confident we can look at areas even in advance of being able to sign a formal trade deal. Perhaps we could look at barriers to trade at the moment and remove some of those barriers to open up that new trading relationship.”
On a visit to Burma, Boris Johnson backed May, saying he was very optimistic about striking a trade deal but said: “It’s got to work for the UK as well.”
“I think that the new president has made it very clear that he wants to put Britain at the front of the line for a new trade deal and obviously that’s extremely exciting and important,” he told reporters.
Although not expected to make her first official visit to the US until Spring, Theresa May, who has congratulated Trump on taking office, is reportedly set to fly out to meet him next week, much earlier than expected, in secret plans to make her the first foreign leader to hold talks with the new US president. A spokesman for No 10, however, said that nothing had been confirmed regarding May’s visit.
Trade won’t be the only topic of conversation at the meeting. May has emphasised the importance of Nato and the European Union for security after Trump again provoked worries about his commitment to Nato at a time when Russia is showing increasing aggression.
The president complained that the US had “subsidised the armies of other countries” and “defended other nations’ borders while refusing to defend our own”.
Trump will have to wait a bit longer to meet Vladimir Putin, however. Putin is ready to meet Trump, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by Tass news agency, but preparations for the possible meeting may take months, not weeks.
“This will not be in coming weeks, let’s hope for the best – that the meeting will happen in the coming months,” Peskov told BBC, according to Tass.
Putin would, however, be calling Trump is coming days to congratulate him on taking office, Peskov said. He also told Tass that it was impossible to resolve Syria crisis in a constructive way without US involvement.
On Saturday, hundreds of thousands of women are expected to march on Washington, which is set to comfortably outsize Trump’s inaugural crowd. Millions of others will follow suit in cities across the US and across the world. Marches in Australia and New Zealand have already taken place.
Shortly after taking office as the 45th US president, Trump sent his cabinet nominations to the Senate. He signed a waiver to allow retired General James Mattis to serve as defence secretary, even though he left the military less than the required seven years ago.
Mattis, whose appointment has been approved by the Senate, was later sworn in by the vice-president, Mike Pence. Pence also swore in John Kelly as head of homeland security.
In a separate step on Friday, the White House chief of staff, Reince Priebus, issued a memo directing an immediate “regulatory freeze” to prevent federal agencies from issuing any new regulations. This echoed Trump’s pledge to repeal two existing regulations for new government regulation imposed by his administration.
Trump also signed a proclamation declaring a national day of patriotism. At his inauguration balls, Trump brought his signature style to the task of governing, sprinkling his comments at three inaugural balls with references to “phony polls”, campaign victories and social media.
“Let me ask you: should I keep the Twitter going?” he asked a cheering crowd of supporters before dancing with his wife, Melania, to Frank Sinatra’s “My Way” at the second of three inaugural balls. “The enemies keep saying: ‘Oh that’s terrible,’ but it’s a way of bypassing dishonest media.’”
Asked about his first day, Trump said: “It was busy but good – a beautiful day.’’
Trump was also expected to visit the CIA on Saturday, meeting members of the nation’s intelligence community. The visit may be fraught with tension. Trump has sharply criticised the nation’s top intelligence officials for their assertions about Russian hacking and leaks about his briefings in the weeks before he was sworn in.
White House spokesman Sean Spicer told reporters before the inauguration that the visit would involve several departments and Trump intended to offer his appreciation for their service to the country.
Before this, Trump is due to attend a prayer service at the Washington National Cathedral, an Episcopal parish with a dual role as a civic gathering place. The cathedral has for years hosted a prayer service for the new president. But keeping the tradition has sparked debate this year among the congregation who are opposed to Trump’s policies.
It’s the latest example of the backlash against religious leaders, artists, celebrities and other participants in events surrounding the inauguration.
While some in the largely liberal congregation objected to hosting the service, Bishop Mariann Budde of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington wrote in a blog post that she shared “a sense of outrage at some of the president-elect’s words and actions” but also she felt an obligation to welcome all people without qualification, especially those who disagree and need to find a way to work together.
Yahya Jammeh finally steps aside - embarks on exile
After 22 years in power, Gambia’s former president, Yahya Jammeh will now leave Banjul today (Saturday) with President Alpha Conde of Guinea, to begin a new life in exile.
This all-important decision followed Friday’s final peace move.
Two West African leaders travelled to Banjul to persuade the long ruling Jammeh to leave office peacefully before West African forces pounced on him.
In a statement issued on state TV on Friday night, Jammeh announced he was stepping down.
All indications are that Jammeh will be going into exile in Guinea.
A senior adviser to new President Adama Barrow said talks to finalise the exile deal were holding up his exit.
“I can assure you that he has agreed to leave,” Mai Ahmad Fatty, Barrow’s special advisor, said in Senegal’s capital Dakar.
President of The Gambia, Adama Barrow had earlier confirmed Yahya Jammeh’s stepping down.
Barrow, on his twitter handle on Friday, said: “I would like to inform you that Yahya Jammeh has agreed to step down. “He is scheduled to depart Gambia today. #NewGambia.”
Nollywood, Ghallywood Actress Amanda Ebeye says her Baby-Daddy is a shameless pretender
Well, in Nollywood, Ghallywood and all the 'woods' what is trending is washing their dirty linen in public, maybe it gives them kinda relief to engage in it. recently what has been trending is bringing your marital problems online to tell the whole world how it is in your home with your spouse.
For crying out loud CAN'T PEOPLE KEEP THEIR HOME AFFAIRS PRIVATE ANYMORE??' when you exchange words with your spouse we will be forced to know because you will rather prefer to share your problems online instead of looking for a way to solve it.
Let me advice you ' there is a saying that when you share your problems online 63% don't care and the remaining 37% are happy you have them (the problems). Ranting and calling people out on social media, TVs... wouldn't solve any problem rather could impair the repair of the relationship 'WISE-UP'
When the going was good we ain't gonna get to know about those bedroom-good-times, shower-good-times, bedroom-good-times, undercover tinglings, quakes, jacks...
but once there is a little misunderstanding then ♫♫♬♬♭♪♪😞😞😭 Please wise-up!!
It was a shock to many when actress Amanda Ebeye, whose mum remarried last year, had a baby, as nobody knew about her being in a relationship let alone, getting married.
In an exclusive chat with Saturday Beats, the actress gave reasons why she did not get married to the father of her child. Her words:
“I did not marry the father of my child because he is not my husband and he is not meant to be. I could have been in the most useless relationship right now if I wanted but I told myself instead of giving my son this shameless pretender and liar of a man as a father, I would take care of him and he will be fine. I tell you that since I took that stance, I’ve not looked back for one day and God keeps giving me the strength to move on.
If it is God’s, one day a good man will come and you’ll be invited to my wedding but for now, I’m single and all that matters to me is my son.”

The Federal government should do something about this Fulani-herdsmen, this their killing, raping and maiming of indigenes is really sprouting out of control. People are right to pick up arms to defend themselves if government cannot assure them of their safety. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

Remember the pastor that predicted Mugabe's Death - He's in for it
A Zimbawean pastor who predicted the death of President Robert Mugabe has been arrested, his lawyer says.
Patrick Mugadza announced last week that the 92-year-old head of state would die on 17 October this year.
His lawyer, Gift Mtisi, told the BBC that he was relaying a “message from God. Police would have to prove that God didn’t say it”.
Mr Mugabe mocks frequent rumours of his death, saying he has been resurrected more often than Jesus Christ.
Mr Mtisi said his client had initially been charged with undermining the authority of the president, then “criminal nuisance” and finally “insulting people of a certain race or religion”.
Forget 2019 for now people are HUNGRY
Atiku’s statement is a veiled reference to the general state of hardship in the country and the poor performance of his party, the APC on the economy.
That was even as the leadership of the APC and the Senate Caucus of the party admitted that the multiple crises that have rocked the party have hampered its intended delivery of democratic dividends to Nigerians.
Atiku, who was on a condolence visit to Niger State over the death of a former governor of the state, Alhaji Abdulkadir Kure, was reacting to questions from journalists on his preparations for the 2019 presidency. Atiku was in the state with the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, among others.
When asked how he is preparing for the 2019 elections, Atiku said: “Who is talking about 2019 now, when there is no food on the table? People are hungry.”

Bomb rocks the University of Maiduguri claiming 5 lives and injuring scores of others
At least four people were killed and 15 others injured in a suicide bomb attack on a university campus in northeast Nigeria, police said.
The blast happened on Monday at a mosque in the staff quarters area of the University of Maiduguri, and is thought to have been carried out by a teenage girl, a local resident and a lecturer told AFP news agency.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility but suspicion will likely fall on the armed group Boko Haram, which has repeatedly used young women and girls as human bombs.
Borno police spokesman Victor Isuku said that before the blast at the mosque, police on patrol shot a girl aged about 12 as she tried to get into the university at about 04:15 GMT.
"The IED [improvised explosive device] strapped to her body exploded, killing her instantly," he said in a statement.
"Shortly after that a second explosion occurred in a mosque inside the university.
One local resident, who asked not to be identified, said he heard two explosions as he was leaving the mosque in his neighbourhood.
"I rushed to the university, which is not far from my house. On entering, I saw the mosque in a mess. Three people lay dead, including a young girl, whose body was badly mutilated," he said.
"Thirteen other worshippers were injured."
A university lecturer who lives on site confirmed the resident's account.
Disruptions
Filibus Yamta Mshelia, from the registrar's office at the university, said examinations scheduled for Monday had been postponed to a later date because of the attack.
Examinations set for Tuesday will take place as planned, he added in a letter to staff and students.
"We urge all students to remain calm and vigilant," he wrote.
Access to the university campus has been strictly controlled, with checkpoints and searches at the gates which until now had prevented a direct attack.

But the site, on one of the main thoroughfares leading into and out of the city, is vast and most areas are badly lit.
Students also said security has been relaxed in recent months and some of the soldiers who manned the campus gates have been withdrawn.
At least 20,000 people have been killed in the Boko Haram conflict since it began in 2009 and more than 2.6 million others made homeless.
Nigeria maintains the armed rebellion is in its final stages.
Last month, the government said it had flushed out Boko Haram fighters from their stronghold in the Sambisa Forest area of Borno state, of which Maiduguri is the capital.
Yet there has been no let-up in attacks both on troops and civilians.
On January 8, at least five soldiers were killed when rebels targeted a base in Buni Yadi, in neighbouring Yobe state.
The following day, suicide bombers killed three in Maiduguri.

Why is US interested in fighting Boko Haram in Nigeria? - Donald Trump
The questions have also suggested Trump’s views of Africa, with the impression that he may retreat from development and humanitarian assistance to Africa.
In a four-page list of Africa-related questions from the transition staff and obtained by New York Times, questions relating to terrorism and corruption in Africa were raised by the transition team of Donald Trump.
First the transition team asked: “How does U.S. business compete with other nations in Africa? Are we losing out to the Chinese?”
That is quickly followed with queries about humanitarian assistance money. “With so much corruption in Africa, how much of our funding is stolen? Why should we spend these funds on Africa when we are suffering here in the U.S.?”
On terrorism, the document asks why the United States is even bothering to fight the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria, why all of the schoolgirls kidnapped by the group have not been rescued and whether Qaeda operatives from Africa are living in the United States. And it questions the effectiveness of one of the more significant counterterrorism efforts on the continent.

And it questions the effectiveness of one of the more significant counterterrorism efforts on the continent.
“We’ve been fighting al-Shabaab for a decade, why haven’t we won?” poses one question, referring to the terrorist group based in Somalia that was behind the Westgate mall attacks in Kenya in 2013.
However, Monde Muyangwa, the Director of the Africa program at the Woodrow Wilson Institute, stated that the questions were necessary for an incoming government.
“Many of the questions that they are asking are the right questions that any incoming administration should ask,” she said.
But she also noted that “the framing of some of their questions suggests a narrower definition of U.S. interests in Africa, and a more transactional and short-term approach to policy and engagement with African countries.”
In other questions, the Trump transition team challenges the benefits of a trade pact known as the African Growth and Opportunity Act. “Most of AGOA imports are petroleum products, with the benefits going to national oil companies, why do we support that massive benefit to corrupt regimes?” the questionnaire asks.
“How,” the questionnaire also asks, “do we prevent the next Ebola outbreak from hitting the U.S.?”
Many believe the questions accurately reflect what Trump has said publicly about Africa in the few times that he has mentioned the continent.
For instance, during the Ebola crisis in 2014, Trump took to Twitter to argue that Americans infected with Ebola should not be allowed back into the United States. As two American health workers became critically ill and were airlifted to Atlanta for treatment, Mr. Trump had this to say via Twitter: “Stop the EBOLA patients from entering the U.S. Treat them, at the highest level, over there. THE UNITED STATES HAS ENOUGH PROBLEMS!”
The Ebola epidemic, which killed almost 10,000 people in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia (but no Americans), comes up once in the document.

Recall that Trump also reportedly called out on Africans with a threat to send those in the United States away if he wins the upcoming election.
He made the disclosure during a rally at Wichita, Kansas where he re-emphasized the need to rid America of Muslims.
Trump laid an extra emphasis on the Nigerians who he referred to as ‘corrupt’ and further promised to send away because they have taken all the jobs meant for honest hard working Americans.

Jimmy Snuka 'Superfly' goes home at 73
Jimmy Snuka, the WWE Hall of Famer, has died after losing his battle to stomach cancer.
Jimmy wrestled from the 1970s onward ... all the way through 2010. Jimmy came into the WWE as a heel, and became famous for his acrobatic wrestling style. He eventually turned and became a good guy. He had a number of shots at the WWE championship -- both as a villain and hero -- but never won.
The Fijian wrestler, also known as Superfly Snuka, would often punish his opponents with his signature move -- the Superfly Splash ... which was an epic body slam.
Jimmy was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996, while continuing to wrestle. He was managed by the famed Captain Lou Albano.
Jimmy's daughter, Tamina, who's also a WWE superstar, just tweeted, "I LOVE YOU DAD." The Rock also said in Samoan, "Alofa atu i le aiga atoa" which means, "Family is forever."
Snuka was charged with 3rd degree murder in 2015 in connection to the 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino. The charges were dismissed just 12 days ago, after the judge determined he had dementia and terminal cancer ... and was about to die.
He reportedly last wrestled in 2014 ... in a cage match. Jimmy died Sunday at the age of 73.
Some of pro wrestling's greatest are sending their love ...
Our condolences to the family and friends of Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka who died earlier today after losing his fight with stomach cancer. RIP
Our family @TaminaSnuka asked me to share the sad news that her dad Jimmy Snuka has just passed away. Alofa atu i le aiga atoa. #RIPSuperfly

12 people dead after bus plunged into river in Odo-Oba River Oyo
Twelve people consisting of 9 adults and 3 kids were killed today after a commuter bus plunged into the Odo-Oba River from Oyo/Ogbomoso Road.
Details about the accident are sketchy, but a source said the passenger bus, which was travelling to Ilorin plunged into the river while trying to avoid an articulated vehicle that strayed into the path of the bus.
He said,
“From the report I had, the bus was travelling to Ilorin and as it approached the slope leading to the small bridge over the river, an articulated truck took over the path of the road and in an effort to avoid collision with it, the bus driver veered off the road and plunged into the river.
“It was difficult pulling the passengers out of the river despite the volunteer rescuers that arrived at the scene early. Twelve people died immediately.”
He also blamed the accident on the state of the road and failure of the Federal Government to complete the Ibadan/Oyo/Ogbomoso/Ilorin dual carriage that would have provided a safer route for travellers.
Public Relations Officer of the Oyo State Police Command, Adekunle Ajisebutu, confirmed the accident, and said 12 people died and their bodies had been deposited at the Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso.
“The driver of the Mazda bus lost control of the vehicle and plunged into the Odo-Oba River.
“Nine adults and three kids died on the spot and their bodies have been deposited at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital in Ogbomoso. There were three survivors including the driver.
“The police with assistance from local drivers helped pull the bodies and passengers out of the river. The vehicle is still in the river.”

Ibinabo Fiberesima throws powder to the wind that her marriage of 2-yrs is ended
What is really happening To our Nigerian celebrities, is it that the barber don't know how to cut the hair or is it that the clipper is not sharp enough?
It gives me concern this days to the rate at which our so called celebrity over-rated weddings are coming to an abrupt end. I think it is high time we get them to sign 'together-forever-form' before we attend their weddings... SERIOUSLY.
Today is Ibinabo Fiberesima's birthday and from her post one will clearly see that she is now 'Single' read the post below:
"If I told you that I think of you everyday would you believe me? Yes You. All of you who have refused to leave my side even as the devil got restless with the storm in life.
You who have shown how thick blood can be by being truly supportive FAMILY. Be it nuclear or extended.
You who have crushed the fakeness in friendships and stayed with your love for me in the darkest of times as amazing FRIENDS. Wether old or new.
And the adorable you who puts meaning into being a FAN and have tirelessly protected me with prayers and well wishes. Both in our home country and overseas.
Everyday my mind and heart meets deep gratitude over the individual and collective roles God has used you all to play in my life.
All who know me would find this easy to believe since there is no ceasing of praises to God from my lips for the power of my support system for I have not known life to be as daunting as the last couple of years have shown me.
The last year in particular has severally presented survival as a questionable option. Giving me struggles that seemed impossible to deal with, fading my strength to keep going by the minute feeding my fears and insecurities with worries that come to steal joy.
From the shock of a 3 time presense of lumps in the breast to surgeries fighting for my life and the pain of a disolution of a bond I hoped to keep with a life time partner and the re-emergence of singleness. From the tension of awaiting a judges pronouncement to the horror of walking into prison over a cross accidentally aquired and carried for so long.
Tell me how could I have survived the year without you guys? I think about it every day and everyday my love for God and good hearted men rise but today the 13th of January it hits it's peak and my joy officially knows no bounds as God has kept me alive despite all and led me to witness yet another birthday with the people I love.
So do please as you read this, see how happy I feel to have you and to be here with you. To have God and to be assured that his blessings are here to stay. To say THANK YOU to all who have in little and big ways given a helping hand to build the wiser, stronger, ........."
And this is marriage instituted on the 19th of Dec. 2014

Chris Brown flaunts his new girlfriend
Chris Brown is officially dating someone new – an unspecified exotical. The couple was spotted leaving a NYC club the other night – holding hands.
Q&A reveals that she's a “Los Angeles girl” that traveled to NYC with Chris.
It’s a bit of calm before the storm. Breezy’s in training to take his beef with Soulja Boy to the ring in what would be the craziest boxing match ever. All this over his ex that he still can’t let go of, Karrueche Tran. So this new chick may want to keep her guard (fists) up.
Senate says NO! to FG’s ban on car importation by land
The Senate, on Wednesday, unanimously rejected the Federal Government’s ban on the importation of vehicles through the land borders in the country. It described the policy as ‘anti-people and meant to further impoverish Nigerians.’
Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, who presided, specifically urged President Muhammadu Buhari to listen to the cries of Nigerians and rescind the decision.
Ekweremadu noted: “From the contributions made, it is obvious that the policy is unpopular. We are representatives of the people and the people have spoken through us that they do not want this policy. I think those in government should listen to them.”
Adopting two of the three prayers, the Senate called on the Customs Service to immediately suspend further action on its policy of an outright ban on the importation of vehicles through our land borders as from 1st January, 2017.
The Senate Committee on Customs and Excise was mandated to investigate the circumstances that led to the sudden decision of the Federal Government on the issue of the car importation through the land borders.
Sponsor of the motion, Senator Barau Jibrin from Kano State, explained that the ban would lead to the loss of about 500,000 jobs by the people engaged in the business of vehicle importation and handling services in the border areas and around the country.

10-Reasons why you need GINGER in your every meal
Earlier this year, I had a day where I experienced a sore throat and sinus irritation. I didn’t reach for a box of any over-the-counter remedy, instead I juiced a fair amount of ginger and lemon and added it to a tea. I was very satisfied with the relief I felt. My experience was nothing new; ginger, or ginger root, has been cultivated and used therapeutically for thousands of years. Traditional medicine systems all over the world have applied it to a wide range of ailments, including calming an upset stomach. Recent studies of ginger have confirmed this effect and much more…
1. Helps Calm Nausea and Vomiting
Clinical studies have proven ginger’s effectiveness at calming nausea and vomiting.Research has also confirmed its potential against chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). The majority of studies found a positive effect against this side effect of aggressive therapies. Ginger may be a powerful option for those suffering from toxic medical procedures like these.2. Digestive Tract Protection
Ginger has also been historically used for flatulence, constipation, bloating, and other digestive complaints. In addition to these gastro-protective effects, researchers have found ginger to be effective for stress related ulcers.
3. Brain Health
Ginger contains compounds that have demonstrated protective effects for the brain. One of them, known as 6-Shogaol, inhibited the release and expression of redness-causing chemicals known to cause damage to neurons in both in vitro and in vivo models. The other, 10-gingerol, when sourced from fresh ginger, similarly impacted production of nitric oxide and other chemicals that lead to redness and swelling in the brain.4. Migraine Relief
In a clinical trial, 100 patients received ginger powder or a drug given to migraine sufferers. The results showed the ginger powder helped reduce migraine related discomfort… without side effects.5. Protection from UV Rays
Research data has shown ginger possesses UV absorbing capabilities that protect against DNA damage related to UVB (ultraviolet-B) light. Extracts from ginger stimulated antioxidant production, suggesting protective effects against potentially damaging UV light.6. Supports Stable Blood Sugar
Ginger has repeatedly demonstrated powerful blood sugar balancing effects. It acts on insulin release and sensitivity, and supports the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. In one study, insulin levels noticeably lowered with ginger supplementation. In addition to its effectiveness as a blood sugar stabilizer, ginger has also demonstrated powerful protective effects against diabetic kidney, eye and liver complications.7. Promotes Healthy Blood Pressure
Thai medical practitioners have traditionally used herbs such as ginger to support healthy blood pressure. Extracts from ginger and other herbs used in Thai therapeutic recipes were evaluated for their effectiveness against hypertension. The ginger extract was the most effective.8. May Benefit Osteoarthritis
A recent in vitro study tested ginger against drugs used for osteoarthritis — the ginger extract was demonstrated to be as effective. Another study involving 43 osteoarthritis patients found ginger to be as effective and more safe than the NSAIDs.9. Helps with Muscle Aches and Discomfort
A recent 2013 study has evaluated ginger for use in relieving muscle discomfort in female athletes. Over the course of this 6-week trial, participants taking ginger reported a significant decrease in muscle soreness as compared to the placebo.10. May Benefit Cardiovascular Function
One of the active compounds in ginger, 6-gingerol, has been isolated, tested and determined an active factor in regulating blood pressure and supporting cardiovascular health. Based on the results, researchers are exploring the potentials of ginger as a remedy for cardiovascular problems.Using Ginger
Ginger has an extremely robust flavor which makes consuming it a little bit tricky. It might be too strong to ingest on its own, but as I mentioned, it mixes incredibly well into tea or juice, it can be a great ingredient in a recipe, and you can also find it as an ingredient in some healthy snacks.

Woman gives Birth to Quadruplets after 17-Miscarriages... God is great!!
Lytina Kaur had 17 miscarriages and was told she would never give birth again. Check her out with her 4 children, all born in just nine months.
Lytina was told she may never be able to give birth after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, an aggressive cancer of the white blood cells, at the age of 17 and receiving a bone marrow transplant a year later.
However 13 years and several miscarriages later, Lytina, 32, from Wollaton in Nottingham, found out she had fallen pregnant. She gave birth to her first daughter Kiran in September 2015. Her twins,
Kajal and Kavita, were born via surrogate in India two months later.
And in June 2016, Lytina gave birth to Kiyara at the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham.
Lytina, who first started trying to get pregnant after her 2007 wedding, said:
'I had 17 miscarriages in total and they were all hard but that one (the first of which happened in 2010 after she conceived twins) was the most difficult because it was my first and I had been carrying them for a long time.'
She decided to explore adoption, but after being told there were no suitable Asian children available, she and her husband started looking at surrogacy.
Between 2013 and 2015, a hospital in India made six attempts to implant an embryo into a surrogate – but each ended in miscarriage and the couple gave up.
But then, in February 2015, Lytina found out she had fallen pregnant naturally as she was planning to undergo IVF.
A delighted Lytina gave birth to her first daughter, Kiran, via a planned C-section at the Queen's Medical Centre in September 2015.
She said:
'It was quite a shock. My husband and I were waiting for a miscarriage. We just presumed it was going to happen. Every day was so hard. I didn't go places and I didn't drive because I didn't want to add any unnecessary stress. It was horrific.
'I didn't tell my family. I didn't tell anyone. I didn't want people to get excited for a miscarriage to happen again.
'Luckily you couldn't tell I was pregnant.'

Man is jailed for 22 years after stealing TV remote from a block of flats
Bramwell stole the TV remote from an apartment building in Wheaton, Illinois, USA, on August 1, 2015, after which he left behind a glove containing traces of his DNA at the scene.
The 22 years sentence might seem like too heavy a punishment for such a crime, however, Bramwell is facing such severe sentence due to his long criminal history, one of them being alleged theft from other apartments in the area.
Prosecutors said that due to his criminal history, he was eligible for 30 years in prison.
"Mr Bramwell’s illegal activity and his history have finally caught up with him," state attorney Robert Berlin said.
"Regardless of what was stolen, Mr Bramwell repeatedly thumbed his nose at the law. "He took what he wanted, time and time again, and expected to avoid the consequences. "That’s not how it works, as Mr Bramwell has now found out."
Kim Kardashian’s limo chauffeur released without charges by Parisian police probing reality TV star’s £8m jewellery heist
Well this must be a relief for Kim Kardashian West.
Months after the reality star's scary Paris robbery, police finally nabbed over a dozen suspects in the terrifying case. One report even claimed the 36-year-old's limo driver had also been arrested in connection with the crime.
But now, the limo company has told TMZ that driver Michael Madar (pictured above) has been released from custody without being charged.
In fact, UNIC Worldpass insists the 40-year-old was brought in only "for testimony purposes," and is adamant that neither he, nor the company, played any part in robbing Miz Kardashian.
However, other reports say Michael's younger brother, Gary Madar, had also been arrested. The 27-year-old also worked for the chauffeur service on-and-off.
